Since a list of suppliers of goods and services to be purchased in the fiscal year 2082/083 has to be prepared, this notice has been published so that the licensed registered firms and companies wishing to be listed in the existing list registered with this former bank may register their applications with the General Services Department within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, including the documents with the qualifications mentioned in the application form. Applicants who do not submit the details and qualification documents mentioned in the application form or who do not meet the specified qualifications will not be included in the existing list. This bank shall have full rights to include or not include the applicant in the existing list.

A. Certified copy of approval from the concerned body for conducting the transaction.

B. Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN).

C. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/081.
