Since the goods and services falling under the groups as per the details required for this company in the financial year 2082/083 have to be purchased and maintained repeatedly or at once, this notice is published to invite interested individuals, firms, organizations or companies not on the black list of those licensed to supply to register their applications with this office within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the goods and services they wish to supply.

b) Towards maintenance:

1. Repair and maintenance of computers, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, USB toners, ACs, CCTV cameras, cameras, telephones, intercoms, generators, batteries, biometric attendance devices, electronics and other internet-related goods,

. Maintenance and repair of power transmission lines, power substations and power plant equipment,

4. Maintenance of heavy equipment (loaders, dozers, excavators)

5. Partitions and maintenance work inside the building

d) Documents to be submitted along with the application:

1. A copy of the firm registration certificate, a self-declaration letter stating that you are not on the blacklist,

2. Permanent Account Number / Copy of Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, or a document certifying that the entity is not required to be registered for Value Added Tax,

3. A copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081,

4. The above-mentioned photocopies of documents must be certified by a notary public,
