This financial institution 2082/083, for the purpose of supplying the goods and services mentioned in the list, as the list of willing registered firms/companies who have received approval to transact the relevant subject must be registered, details of the goods and services they supply/supply, firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate and value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate and copy of work efficiency certificate. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to register Rs.1000/- (Aksharepi one thousand only) payment (non-refundable) within the office hours of this financial institution's contact office at Putlisadak, Kathmandu.

Among the applications that receive other information, only the seller firms and companies that are considered eligible will be listed based on the details, experience and skills submitted during the approval.

3. Listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the work by reducing quotations or acceptance to purchase goods and services as per the requirements of this financial institution.

4. Listed companies and firms can be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory service and goods on time. No claim or objection can be made on this. All rights related to listing or not will be vested in this financial institution.
