Notice for Enlisting as an Issuer Bank under Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System

Roads Board Nepal (RBN), in collaboration with key stakeholders, is piloting the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System on the Nagdhunga Tunnel. The system uses RFID-based tags (stickers) branded as "N-Tag", which will subsequently be rolled out across Nepal. The ETC system is designed to enable automatic toll deduction and ensure a seamless and cashless tolling experience at toll plazas nationwide.

In this regard, all Class "A" Commercial Banks licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) are hereby invited to apply for enlistment as an Issuer Bank for RFID stickers under the ETC system.
