As a list of goods and service providers will be listed for the purpose of supplying the goods and services required for the fiscal year 2082/83 for Protective Micro Insurance Limited, the licensed registered firms and companies wishing to be listed in the existing list are requested to submit a separate application for each group, along with the firm/company/organization registration certificate (including renewal), tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81, copy of PAN and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate and a self-declaration that they are not blacklisted, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice, at the head office of this company, Dhangadhi and Bagmati Province Office, Lalitpur during office hours. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Only those firms, companies, and organizations that are deemed eligible from among the applications received will be listed.
