Notice regarding registration in the existing list

According to the Police Welfare Fund Operating Procedures, 2080 (First Amendment 2082), the For 2082.083, there is a program to provide four-wheelers (car/jeep), motorcycles/scooters and washing machines/computers/laptops/treadmills or other physical exercise equipment of similar nature/television/fridge/air conditioners/micro ovens to the incumbent police personnel on installment facilities. Therefore, the authorized suppliers who are willing to supply the said goods have to prepare and update the existing list as per Sub-rule 1 of Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. Therefore, the authorized suppliers who are willing to provide the said goods are advised to submit official documents (certificate of organization registration or firm registration, permanent account number or value added tax registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate, etc.) to the Police Welfare Fund Naxal Installment Branch in the format as per Schedule 2A of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 for registration of the existing list.
