Notice regarding listing in the existing list

As per Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2064, for procurement related work by public bodies, the concerned office shall prepare a separate list of suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers according to the nature of such procurement. Since construction work, goods, consulting services or other services have to be purchased under the current plan/program of this rural municipality for the fiscal year 2082/083, all interested suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service-providing firms, associations/institutions or individuals who wish to be listed in the existing list to participate in the procurement process are hereby informed to submit an application to this office along with copies of the following documents, clearly specifying the group they wish to be listed in.

(a) Renewed license to register your firm or to perform related business or service, news

(b) Certificate of VAT registration or Permanent Account Number Registration Certificate,

(c) Tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/081,

(d) In the case of an individual, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
