This office is in need of auditors to conduct re-audits by chartered accountants/auditors of cooperative organizations suspected of financial misappropriation and embezzlement. Therefore, this notice has been published for interested auditor firms or companies or organizations with the qualifications as per the details to be listed in the office.

Details:

A. Be a member of the Nepal Institute of Chartered Accountants and have at least 2 years of experience working in the relevant field.

B. At least three members, including 1 person who has obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from a recognized educational institution and 1 registered auditor with a Class B professional license.

C. Audited and analyzed the financial statements of at least 5 cooperative organizations.

D. Conducted an investigative audit of at least one cooperative organization.

E. Having a registration, renewal and tax payment certificate from the designated body as per the rules.

F. Not having been subject to any action in relation to audit or other matters by any affiliated organization or any body at the federal, provincial or local level.

6. This office should be able to provide services at any time when needed.
