Nepal Mountaineering Association and the international museum under this association have to prepare a list for the process of supplying materials and services as per the details required for the financial year 2082/083 of Pokhara. Interested service provider firms, organizations and companies should mention separate details of the services and activities they provide among the following materials and services within the date 2082/01/01 to the secretariat of this association, Nagpokhari, Naxal, Kathmandu and International Mountaineering Association. Notice published to register with necessary documents at Museum, Ratopairo, Pokhara.

Groups to be listed

1. Supply of stationery materials.

2. Printing works.

3. Computers, Laptops, Mobiles, Printers, Toners, Photocopiers, Cameras, CCTV and Electronic Equipment Fans, Heaters, Air Conditioners, Generators Supply and Repair).

4. Maintenance and repair of furniture and furnishings.

5. Plumbing, wiring, electrical supplies and repairs.

6. Air Ticket Service (National and International).

7. Vehicle rental services.

8. Advertising service.

9. Insurance service.

Interested applicants should submit a copy of the documents containing the company registration, local registration, tax payment certificate, VAT or PAN certificate, company profile, management letter, scope of work, service experience, name of main clients from the association. Applications are invited to be enrolled in the association by filling up the prescribed application form.
