As this bank is required to maintain a list of firms and companies approved to supply and transact the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the upcoming financial year 2082/83 as per Regulation 45 of the Bank's Financial Administration and Procurement Regulations, 2071 (Second Amendment 2078), interested vendors and suppliers are hereby informed to register their applications with this department by filling in the application form provided by this department along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied by them within the office hours of the 15th day (2082/03/16) from the date of publication of the notice.

If a company, a copy of the articles of association and bylaws.

1. Only firms/companies that are deemed eligible among the applications received for listing will be listed.

2. To be listed, the application form distributed by the bank along with the documents mentioned in the notice must be submitted by the bank and a copy attested by the bank. Separate applications must be submitted for each group mentioned in the notice. While submitting the application, the group for which the application is being made, the list title and the fiscal year 2082.83 must be mentioned on the outside of the envelope. The bank's regional office and branch offices must also be used for procurement purposes.

3. The Bank may purchase the required goods and services from the listed firms/companies directly or by requesting quotations.

4. The bank will not be obligated to purchase goods or services from all listed vendors/firms.

5. It will not be mandatory to be listed to participate in sealed bids and tenders called by the Bank for the purchase of goods/services.

6. Details of listed firms/companies will be kept on the website of this bank.

7. The bank may remove listed companies and firms from the list without any notice if their services are not satisfactory and if they do not supply goods on time.
