Since the goods and services required for this company in the fiscal year 2082/83 have to be purchased from time to time, a list of reputable firms or companies (only if the main type of business is mentioned) has to be prepared. Therefore, the firms or companies wishing to supply/service/repair the said goods are requested to register the list with this company within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in Gorkhapatra by attaching a stamp of Rs. 10/-, stating the details of the goods and services they have transacted, details of services and facilities provided to organized organizations and government agencies of Nepal, and their clear address. Firm/company registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, value added tax certificate and license certificate (including renewal), and a copy of the tax payment certificate of the previous fiscal year (self-attested).
