To this bank 2082/083, as the list of suppliers who are willing to supply the following goods and services required in 2082/083, willing and experienced, registered firms/organizations/companies who have not been blacklisted and have not been blacklisted, along with a copy of the certificate of incorporation (with renewal), work experience and tax payment certificate, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to the central office of this bank, 4th floor, This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register at Sunrise Vizpark, Dillivazar, Kathmandu.

5) Generator supply and maintenance.

6) Air conditioning supply and maintenance.

7) Interior decoration and design of the bank, including supply and maintenance of necessary goods.

8) Supply and maintenance of CCTV/ Alarm System/ EPABX/ Telephone Set.

9) Supply of ink, ribbon, toner and cartridges for photocopiers, printers, fax machines.

10) Supply and maintenance of office vehicles (cars and motorcycles) spare parts.

11) Supply and maintenance of Vault Door, Fire Proof Safe, fire Proof filling Cabinet, Normal Cabinet, Safe Deposit Locker.

12) Electrification work, supply and maintenance of electrical materials and equipment.

13) Courier service.

14) Work related to clothing supply of employees.

15) Work related to advertising and publicity services.

16) Consultancy, consultant, research, engineering and other various services related work.

17) Accident insurance of employees, insurance of immovable property and vehicles.

18) Apart from the above, other goods and services including supply and maintenance.

From among the applications that have come to be listed, the vendor firms and companies that are found to be eligible will be listed. If the listed firms and companies do not supply satisfactory and timely services and goods, the bank may remove them from the list without notice. No claim can be contested on this. The right to list the applications submitted for listing or not will be vested in this bank.
