For the purpose of carrying out the work required for this office in the year 2082/083 as per the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Rules 2064, Chapter 3, Rule 18, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register the Standing List within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice (if the 15th day falls on a holiday, the next day) by paying a registration fee of Rs. 510/- (Five hundred and ten rupees in characters only) along with a separate application for each service and work, specifying the details of the goods to be supplied and registering it.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

a) Copy of business operation license registration certificate.

b) Copy of Permanent Account Number Certificate and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

c) Copy of tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82. This office reserves the right to accept or reject applications received again.
