Notice regarding registration of list

For this college, a licensed firm, company or individual interested in carrying out various types of work such as supply services, purchase and repair, etc. in the academic year 2082/083 should submit a duly certified application to the office of this college within 10 days, along with a copy of the organization or firm registration certificate, permanent account number or value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate up to academic year 2080/081, and attach it to the application. This notice has been published. When registering the list, a non-refundable form fee of Rs. 500/- will have to be submitted to the college. The said form should be sealed confidentially when submitted. The quotation form can be viewed on the college website: www.kafco.edu.np.

Goods to be supplied and services to be provided:

1) All printing related work

2) Stationery items (muslin and miscellaneous)

3) Supply and maintenance work related to CCTV and other biometric devices

4) Partition, leasehold, furniture and furnishing, carpet, parquet, curtain purchase and repair services

5) Toner and cartridge purchase, refilling and repair work

6) Electrical and electronic equipment (desktop computers, laptops, printers, UPS, photocopy machines, printers, scanners, heaters, fans and related spare parts supply and maintenance and AMC services of related goods)

7) Work related to hoarding boards, flex boards, wall writing, and calligraphy

8) All work related to advertising

9) Security guard, plumbing service

10) All travel agency related services

11) College dress, T-shirt, bag, umbrella, cap, wall clock, jacket and various supplies related work

12) Medical materials (including gloves, masks, sanitizers)

13) Telephone repair and maintenance work

14) Internet and VPN service and connection related work

15) Air conditioning (AC) purchase and maintenance work
