Since this establishment has to purchase the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the financial year 2082/083 repeatedly or in one go, interested individuals, firms, organizations or companies are hereby notified to register the list with this office by submitting a copy of the firm registration certificate (including renewal), value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, copy of the professional license certificate and self-declaration within (15) days from the date of publication of this notice, including separate applications for the items listed in the schedule. In the case of other matters not covered in the notice, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and prevailing laws will be followed.
