Notice regarding registration of inventory

As it is necessary for Himalayan Microfinance Financial Institution Limited to register a list of registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and various types of services mentioned in the details required in the fiscal year 2082/83, interested registered firms/companies may fill out the list registration application posted on the website of this financial institution and submit the application along with their profile, firm/company registration certificate (including renewal), PAN/VAT registration certificate and tax payment certificate along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied/flowed by them, and submit the application directly to the central office of this financial institution, Chabahil, Kathmandu or via email to [email protected] within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

1. Various printing related tasks.

2. Supply of stationery and stationery materials.

3. Supply of computers, laptops, printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, checkwriters and their spare parts.

4. Supply, repair and maintenance services of various types of electrical equipment.

5. Metal and wooden furniture supply and repair services.

6. Advertising printing and design services

7. Courier service.

1. Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable among those who apply for listing will be listed. The details submitted, capacity, experience and expertise will be taken into account while listing.

2. In case of collateral security valuation service, along with the application as requested, documents showing the educational qualifications and experience of the firm/proprietor/operator/working overseer/engineer, biodata of the engineer and citizenship, tax payment certificate, VAT/PAN, copies of certificates approved by the Nepal Engineering Council.

3. Quotations will be requested via letter or email to purchase goods and receive services from listed firms/companies as per the financial institution's requirements, and a purchase order will be sent to supply goods from the firm/company deemed suitable by the financial institution from among the quotations received.

4. The listed firm/company will be informed about the listing via email.

5. If the listed firms/companies do not provide satisfactory services and supply on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be raised against this.
