Notice regarding registration of list

This notice has been published for all concerned to submit an application to the General Services Department of this financial institution's central office, Pokhara-26, Vijayapur, Kaski, along with a copy of their profile, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number and VAT registration certificate (including renewal), details of the goods and services they will supply, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, directly or through email address: [email protected], as this notice has been published for the purpose of supplying/distributing various types of goods and services required by this financial institution for the fiscal year 2082/083.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

1. Printing and supply of all types of stationery. 2. Printing and supply services for bags, t-shirts, etc.

Advertisement printing and designing services. 4.

Supply and repair services for computer desktops and laptops, tablets, printers and photocopy machines, scanners, stepladders, checkwriters, biometric machines, CCTV cameras, telephone sets, computer SSDs, batteries and other spare parts.

Supply and repair services for printer and photocopy machine ink, refilling, and other spare parts.

Office signboard, hoarding board, flex, banner manufacturing and writing and supply services.

8. Supply and repair services for metal furniture (file cabinets, steel drawers, safe vaults, etc.) and all wooden furniture.

9. Servers, online UPS and batteries, generators, networking devices, firewall devices, AC, solar panels, fans, all electrical and electronics related equipment/materials and repair services.

10. Services available from various travel agencies and vehicles.

11. Hotel seminar hall, accommodation/food/meal services for training and seminars.

12. Engineering services related to the valuation of movable and immovable assets/mortgage loans of financial institutions.

13. All types of insurance services.

14. Software, website designing, email related services.

15. Actuarial valuation, Technical and Legal advisor, Trainer related services.

16. Supply and repair services related to office interior decoration, construction and partitions.

17. Supply and maintenance services of office vehicles.

18. Supply and maintenance services of other miscellaneous materials and services.

Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable from among the applications received for listing will be listed. The basis for such listing will be the details submitted, experience, cost, quality of goods and efficiency.

2. Quotations will be requested through letter from the listed vendors and suppliers to purchase goods and services as per the financial institution's requirements, and a purchase order will be sent to the firm/company deemed suitable by the financial institution from among the quotations received to supply the goods.

3. Listed firms will be notified of their listing by phone or email.

4. If the supply of goods and services of the listed companies and firms is not satisfactory, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.

5. If additional information is required regarding this matter, information can be obtained by contacting the General Services Department of the central office of this financial institution.

6. All rights to list or not list firms/companies shall remain vested in this financial institution.
