For the purpose of obtaining services related to the valuation of the immovable property to be valued by the Fund by passing the mortgage for the collateral security of the loans based on the Employees Provident Fund, Depositors Loan Flow Regulations, 2080, subject to the criteria specified by the Fund, the Fund has selected a Registered Engineering Consultancy Company for the purpose of obtaining services related to the valuation of the immovable property from a qualified valuation company and has listed it for 3 years. The valuation companies selected for listing as per the notice published in the Gorkhapatra Daily and the Fund's website on 2081/10/29, are to appear at the Property Management Department, Pulchowk within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the performance bond, specimen signature and letter of authorization as specified in the valuation application form.
