Notice regarding registration of existing list

Life insurance companies and online payment service providers licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank who wish to join FEIMS, which has been launched by the Department of Foreign Employment, from the upcoming fiscal year 2082/083, are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents within the specified deadline, and the aforementioned organizations that have been affiliated in the past are requested to submit an application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to renew their agreements with this department and update them in the FEIMS system.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. A copy of the organization's registration and renewal certificate

2. Photocopy of Permanent Account Number Certificate/Certificate of CIT Registration

3. Copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/081

4. A copy of the relevant product license from the insurance authority

5. Copy of the copy obtained permission from the National Bank

6. Self-declaration application stating that one is not disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law
