CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a national level microfinance financial institution with branch offices in all 77 districts. This financial institution has to prepare a list of firms/companies dealing in the relevant goods and services for the purpose of providing the following goods and services required in this financial year 2082/083. Therefore, interested registered firms/companies with licenses are invited to register the list with the central office of this financial institution within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, stating the details of the goods and services to be provided by them, company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate and value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, and a copy of the company profile in an envelope.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

Group C: Construction, Repair and Maintenance:

Only those vendors/suppliers (firms/companies) who are deemed eligible among the applicants based on the details, experience, skills and capabilities of the application submitted for listing will be listed.

To be listed, the application must specify all or some of the items to be supplied and repaired.

Goods and services will be purchased from those listed as required through direct purchase, quotation or sealed quotation. However, the organization will not be obligated to purchase goods or services from all the listed vendors/suppliers (firms/companies). If the listed service providers/suppliers are not available or the price is higher, external

Services will be procured from the supplier as per the rules.

If a quality or branded product is available at a lower price than the unlisted one, it can be purchased from the same service provider seller.

In the case of purchasing goods/services through bidding, this financial institution may also allow other listed/unlisted organizations and companies to participate.

6. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and supply goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
