Notice regarding registration of inventory

This notice is published for all concerned to register the list in the office of this company by 19th Ashadh 2082 for the purpose of supplying the goods and services required by CRS Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. for the financial year 2082/83, along with the certified copy of the firm/company registration certificate along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied by them, certified copy of the renewed certificate in the case of the firm, certified copy of the certificate of registration in PAN and VAT of the concerned firm/company, certified copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/81, and the necessary application for the list registration. The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked "Regarding the registration of the list". This notice is published for all concerned to register the list in the office of this company by 19th Ashadh 2082. All rights to accept or reject the application received shall be reserved by this company.
