For the purpose of supplying the following goods and services required by Creating Possibilities Nepal Dang for the fiscal year 2082/083, experienced interested individuals, firms and companies who have obtained approval to transact the relevant subject should enclose an envelope with the necessary application for list registration, stating the details of the goods and services to be supplied and clearly stating the subject of the list to be registered on the outside of the envelope, and register it at the branch office of this organization, Gadhwa Rural Municipality, Ward No. 5, Chainpur, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, as per the following conditions. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. This organization reserves the right to accept or reject the application for list registration received without giving any reason. If you require further information in this regard, you are requested to contact the central office of this organization, Sukedhara Kathmandu and branch office Gadhwa-5, Chainpur during office hours.

Documents and conditions to be submitted with the application for list registration:

1. Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate of the person wishing to be listed - 1

2. In case of firm and company, certified copy of registration certificate - 1

3. Certified copy of Permanent Account Number and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate - 1

4. Certified copy of Tax Payment Certificate (updated) - 1

5. Copies of performance and evaluation letters (if any)

6. When submitting an application on behalf of a firm (sole or joint) wishing to be listed, the application must be submitted by the proprietor/partner and, in the case of a company, by a person authorized by the decision of the board of directors.

7. The application must be submitted along with a self-declaration that one has not been blacklisted in the past.

List of subjects to be registered:

1. Masland Supplier (Must have at least 3 years of work experience)

2. Educational material supplier (must have at least 3 years of work experience)

3. Printing material supplier (must have at least 3 years of work experience)

4. Other office equipment supply and maintenance service providers.

5. Provider of wooden and steel furniture, furnishing supplies and maintenance services.

6. Construction service provider.

7. Plumbing service provider.

8. Internet & Telephone service provider. 9.

Electrical material supplier and maintenance service provider.

10. Computer and other related equipment supply and maintenance service provider.

11. Pharmaceutical supplier (must have at least 3 years of work experience)

12. Bicycle supply and maintenance service provider (must have at least 3 years of work experience)
