Individuals, firms, organizations or companies who are willing to provide materials and services as per the details for Community Self-Employed Service Center are invited to submit nominations for FY 2082/83. Interested individuals, organizations/firms are requested to fill the form uploaded on the organization's website www.csrcnepal.org along with the certified documents as per the details and be registered in the office of the organization.

Applications received late and late will not be accepted. The organization will reserve the right to accept the application received.

If you want to be listed in more than one purpose, separately for each function

The list should be registered after submitting an application.

In order to be listed, detailed documents with institutional stamp must be submitted on each copy.

The shortlisted firms will be published on the organization's website www.csrcnepal.org and on the organization's notice board.

In case of firm/company:

Application in the prescribed format

Copy of Organization/Firm Registration (with renewal)

Copy of PAN/VAT Registration Certificate

Last year Taxpayer's certificate

Provided similar services to other associations/organizations and bodies

Experience certificate.

A self-declaration letter that has not been blacklisted in the past

Last date for submission of form: 19th June 2082.
