Budhanilkantha School. This notice is published to upload formal bids through the electronic bidding (e-GP) system, subject to the following conditions, from business firms with experience in the relevant field registered under Value Added Tax, to supply the following materials required for the financial year 2082/083 and to set up stalls within the school premises for sale and distribution.

Details

1. The bid form can be downloaded from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. While uploading the bid, the original voucher deposited as bid security in the school's National Commercial Bank, Budhanilkantha Branch, B.H. No. 166010000450001 or a 'A' class bank guarantee letter issued in the name of this school for the same amount and the receipt or bank voucher for the form fee (non-refundable) deposited with the bid form should be uploaded. The bid should be uploaded within 12 noon on the 31st day (2082/04/04) from the date of publication of the notice and will be opened at the school administration branch at 1:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. However, there will be no impediment to opening the bid in their absence.

2. According to the bid reference number, copies of the tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/81, the firm registration certificate renewed in the current fiscal year, and the VAT registration certificate should be uploaded separately for each job.

3. No action will be taken on bids that are not filled in properly, do not have the firm's seal and signature. In numbers and words

4. Budhanilkantha School reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

Description

For ready-made uniforms, only tailoring service providers with sales offices and sewing services within the Kathmandu Valley will be eligible to participate in the bidding. The selected bidder will have to attend the school, take the measurements of the students and provide the school uniform.

The service will have to be provided daily from the sales room provided by the school for a rental fee of Rs. 1,20,000/- (one lakh twenty thousand) and additional decoration fee.

The supplier of educational materials will have to provide daily services from the sales room provided by the school, paying an annual rent of Rs. 36,000/-(thirty-six thousand).

Notice regarding registration of list

Companies interested in registering for the list must submit a written application by 2082/04/04, attaching a copy of the firm/organization registration certificate, permanent account number, VAT tax certificate, and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81.
