Information regarding purchasing vehicles through catalog shopping method

As one tractor (minimum 58 HP, 4WD) and one trolley to be used in it are required to be purchased for this University of Agriculture and Forestry, Farm Directorate, and in accordance with Sub-section 1 (A8) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (as amended) and Rule 31 (B) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (as amended), the licensed manufacturer or authorized seller is requested to register the list within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the official specification, quality, price and facilities of the product (catalog or brochure), renewed license, income tax certificate, value added tax registration certificate, and a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82, at the rate determined by the manufacturer or authorized seller (Catalog Shopping) as per Section 8 of the Procurement Procedure, 2074. No action will be taken on applications received after the due date or after the deadline.
