Information regarding purchasing vehicles through catalog shopping method

As the Agricultural and Forestry University, Farm Directorate has to purchase one 4WD tractor (≥24 HP) along with mini rotavator and mini cultivator, as per Sub-section 1 (A8) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (as amended) and Rule 31 (B) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (as amended), the licensed manufacturer or authorized seller is requested to register the list at the prescribed rate (Catalog Shopping) by the manufacturer or authorized seller within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the renewed license, income tax certificate, value added tax registration certificates, and tax payment certificate of the fiscal year 2080/81 as per Section 8 of the Procurement Procedure, 2074 (Catalog Shopping). No action will be taken on applications received after the due date or after the due date.
