Therefore, along with an application stating the details of the goods and services to be supplied, a copy of your firm registration (including renewal, income tax registration, VAT / PAN registration) certificate and a copy of the updated tax payment certificate, along with your address, phone number. Clearly stating this notice, within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, please send it to the Administration Department of this organization's branch office, Gairidhara, Tangal (Phone No. 01-4547151/52/53) or to [email protected] by email with all the above-mentioned documents and send it to [email protected] for information to all concerned. This office will not accept documents that have not been received within the deadline or have not been received in the prescribed manner.
