Call for re-proposals regarding operation of grain industry

As per the approved annual program of Musikot municipality, the promotion program for grain industry will be held, farmers' groups / cooperatives / private sectors interested in operating grain industry are invited to submit the application form as per schedule-2 along with the detailed documents as per schedule-3 and register at the office designated by the municipality by the 7th day after the publication of this notice. In addition, it is also informed that proposals received before or after the due date will not be included for selection.

Documents to be attached with the application:

1. In case of farmer group/cooperative organization, copy of the decision taken by the board of directors meeting to promote the animal feed industry along with the application form,

2. A certified copy of the document showing the ownership of the land of the program implementation site,

3. In case of leased land of at least 2 ropani, at least 10 years contract or agreement letter,

4. Attested copy of Farmers Group/Cooperative/Private Sector Registration,

5. Certified copy of Permanent Account Number Registration,

6. Document certifying receipt/non-subsidy from other agencies to promote the proposed animal feed industry,

7. Design and cost estimate as per proposal,

8. Educational qualification of the chairman or active member or employee of the proposing organization,

9. Documents proving the financial capacity of the partner organization (bank guarantee, turn over, bank balance) or letter of intent from the bank,

10. Recommendation of the concerned ward office.
