The silage industry established under the Chief Minister's Innovation Program has been decided to operate the industry through an organization with a fixed minimum amount (from June 6, 2082 to mid-2083) of Rs. It is invited to submit confidential sealing proposal along with documents during office hours. Documents to be submitted with the proposal

1. Application in the format as per schedule 2

2. Bolakbol form as per schedule 3

3. Receipt of purchase of speech form equal to Rs 1000 (For the revenue receipt of purchase of speech form, it can be deposited in cash at the revenue branch of the municipality or in the account number C 1.1 Internal Revenue Account 0772050029165002 at the NIC ASIA Daldale branch of the municipality)

4. Proof of deposit of bid bond amount: 5 percent of the bid amount (when submitting the bid form, the amount accepted by the person in writing clearly in numbers and letters, the deposit amount in the NIC ASIA bank located in the Dalad of this office, a bank receipt or a bank receipt of the same amount issued by a recognized bank in the name of this office. If there is a difference between the numbers and letters of the amount, the amount written in letters will be recognized)

Note: The contract will be concluded only after the entire amount of the contract and the tax levied as per the rules are deposited in the revenue account of the municipality in advance.
