This rural municipality has to publish an advertisement/notice in the national daily newspaper for the current fiscal year 2082/083 from the firm that offers the highest discount through competition. Therefore, interested advertising agencies or firms that have obtained a license to do the work in this regard are requested to download the attached details from this office's website: www. churemun.gov.np and submit the proposal in hard copy within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice (registration date: 2082/06/19, 5 pm, proposal opening date: 2082/06/20 at 12:00 pm) along with the detailed documents to this office. Certified license of business registration updated and renewed by the organization/agency

Updated and certified certificate of renewal of firm, organization or company registration

Certified Certificate of Registration in Value Added Tax/Permanent Account Number (PAN) Certified Certificate

Tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/081

Certified copy of registration and renewal on the advertisement board

Rs. 1000 for sealed proposal form fee - Voucher deposited in the Internal Revenue Account of this office
