This municipality has to publish an advertisement/notice in the national daily newspaper for the current fiscal year 2082/83 from the firm that accepts the highest discount through competition. Therefore, interested advertising agencies or firms licensed to do the work in this regard are requested to download the details attached with this notice from the website of this office: www.bedkotmun.gov.np and submit the proposal in hard copy to this office along with the detailed documents within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice (registration date: 2082-06-20, up to 5 pm, proposal opening date: 2082-06-21, 01:00 pm) within this notice.

Certified certificate of up-to-date renewal of firm, organization or company registration

Certified certificate of registration in Value Added Tax

Permanent Account Number (PAN) verified certificate

Tax payment certificate up to FY 2081/82

Copy of registration and renewal on the advertisement board

Proof of being listed in Vedkot District in FY 2082/83
