Expression of Interest (EOI) for Internal Audit

Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited invites sealed proposals from interested firms/companies for the procurement of efficient internal audit services for the financial year 2082-2083. The audit must be carried out in accordance with the applicable auditing standards. Expression of Interest (EOI) document including Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained from the Internal Audit Department at the Bank's Central Office, Butwal, Rupandehi or Corporate Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu or from the Bank's website at https://www.srdb.com.np

1 . The Consultant should be registeredu as per the applicable regulations of the country.

2 . The audit firm, or its proprietor/partner, should possess at least five years of experience in conducting internal audits of Class A and/or Class B (national level) BFIs.

3. Expression of Interest (EOI) should contain all credentials, documents, certificates and expert consultant professional profiles along with technical and financial proposal.

4. Expression of Interest (EOI) along with technical and financial proposal shall be delivered manually to the Internal Audit Department of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited Central Office Butwal, Rupandehi or Corporate Office Kamaladi, Kathmandu within the closure of business hours on or before Bhadra 19, 2082 (September 4, 2025).

5. If the last date for obtaining or submitting the EOI documents falls on a holiday, the next working day shall be deemed the due date, with the time remaining the same as stipulated.

6. The Development Bank will review and shortlist the proposals, and only the shortlisted proposals shall be contacted for further discussion and selection, including clarification of the matters, if required.

7. Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason, or to cancel the entire procurement process at any stage.
