In the above regard, Honorable Bara District Court Kalaiya, Ch. No. 13399 P. No. 082/083 dated 2082/11/27 and District Government Attorney's Office Kalaiya, Bara, Ch. No. 3679 P. No. 082/083 dated 2082/12/05, as per the letter received, the Government of Nepal, as the defendant, is Narayan Dutta Adhikari, a resident of Ward No. 15 of Jitpursimara Sub-metropolitan City, Bara District, in a case under the Cooperative Act, in which the plaintiff is the Government of Nepal, the defendant is Narayan Dutta Adhikari, a resident of Ward No. 15 of Jitpursimara Sub-metropolitan City, Bara District, as per the previous order dated 2082/05/01, Shri Samaj Sudhar Krishi Sahakari Sanstha Limited, Ward No. 15 of Jitpursimara Sub-metropolitan City. Since the audit report for 077/078 has been demanded, interested auditors (including chartered accountants and registered auditors) are requested to submit a letter of intent along with detailed documents to the cooperative branch of this sub-metropolitan city within 35 (thirty-five) days. Since no letter of intent was submitted within the deadline of the first published notice, this notice has been published for the information of all to submit a letter of intent for the second time within 15 (fifteen) days.
