Notice regarding submission of letter of intent for investment call in public-private partnership.

Under the policy of raising investment in public-private partnership for the construction of projects owned by this company, companies wishing to enter into a partnership with at least 51% (fifty-one percent) of the equity capital being invested by government agencies and 49% (fifty-nine percent) by private promoters/public companies for the construction of the following projects or government/semi-government/private promoters/public companies established under the prevailing law are invited to submit a letter of intent within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

Documents to be submitted with the letter of intent:

1. Certified copy of the institutional profile of the government, semi-government or private promoter/public company, company regulations, permanent account number, tax clearance certificate for the last financial year.

2. In the case of private promoters/public companies, investment made in infrastructure projects, annual turnover, net worth (equity) and financial statements for the previous year.

3. Necessary documents confirming the percentage of equity investment.
