Notice regarding submission of letter of intent

for school audit

As per the provisions of the Rapti Municipality School Audit Procedure, 2075 BS, auditors registered with the Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute for the final audit of the financial transactions of the community schools operating under this municipality up to the financial year 081/082 should submit a letter of intent to conduct the audit along with the documents mentioned in the details to the Financial Administration Branch within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Application for registration of letter of intent

2. Copy of the audit firm's renewed license up to FY 082/083

3. Copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 081/082

4. Self-declaration that one is not blacklisted as per prevailing law and no action has been taken against one for audit misconduct.

5. Applications received after the deadline and without fulfilling the mentioned provisions will automatically be invalid.
