Information about agricultural produce collection and market center stall rental!

According to the decision of the Panchkhal Municipal Corporation dated 2082/01/14 and according to the provisions of the Stall Operation and Management Procedure, 2081, 17 stalls of the agricultural produce collection and market center located in Ward No. 4 Lower Tamaghat of the municipality (of which 30% of the total stalls or 5 stall groups, cooperative associations/organizations and 70% of the total stalls or 12 stalls are open) for commercial purposes at the fixed monthly rental rate for each stall. This notice is issued for all interested registered agricultural business firms/companies, groups, cooperative associations/organizations to submit their application along with the documents as per the schedule within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. 2082/02/19) within office hours, subject to the conditions mentioned in the schedule.

Note: Application forms can be obtained from the Panchkhal Municipal Office.

2. The stall should be used only for the purpose for which it has been rented. If it is found to be used otherwise, the contract will be canceled and the stall will be vacated.

Water, sanitation and electricity charges will have to be borne by the tenant of the stall himself, the additional conditions related to that will be as mentioned in the agreement letter.

In the stall, only agricultural products (fruits, vegetables, food grains, pulses, oilseeds, dairy products, meat and fish produced from agriculture and livestock sector and other fresh products) or handicrafts made by locals using local resources can be traded.

Open or group, cooperative association/institution for which category you have applied should be mentioned.

6. One applicant can submit an application for one stall only.

3. In the case of group, cooperative association/organization, company, the decision of the working committee regarding the business operation and the copy of the decision granting the authority.

6. Copy of Permanent Account No./VAT Registration Certificate.

7. A.B. Copy of tax payment certificate and annual audit report of 2080/81.

A copy of the registration certificate of the firm, company, association/institution as per prevailing law.

8. Annual turnover document.

9. Copy of business registration certificate.

11. A document revealing the amount and quantity of local farmers' produce collected and paid.

12. If you have experience of operating a market center or a collection center, proof of the same.

13. Letter of recommendation from the concerned ward office where the business is registered (in case of a backward area, young entrepreneurs who have returned from foreign employment, the business should be disclosed in the recommendation).
