2. All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3. To purchase goods and services as per the requirements of this microfinance, listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the work through quotations or bidding.

4. Listed firms will be informed of this via email.

5. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not will remain vested in this microfinance institution.
