This notice is published for the information of all concerned, as IME Khalti Ltd., a Nepal Rastra Bank licensed organization and a leading digital wallet in Nepal certified by ISO 27001:2022, is to list the eligible and willing entities to transact business in the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying the materials and services mentioned in the required details for the financial year 2082/83. Sealed applications should be registered at the office of this company, Panipokhari-3, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours (23rd Shravan 2082, before 6:00 PM) or sent by email to [email protected].

Services available for submitting an Expression of Intent (EOI):

1. General materials and services

1.1 Work related to the supply of office stationery/convenience and miscellaneous materials.

1.2 Offset printing service related work.

1.3 Work related to the supply of coffee ingredients.

1.4 Sanitation work.

1.5 Work related to drinking water and tanker water supply.

1.6 Work related to transportation services (within the valley, national and international).

1.7 Annual Maintenance and Care (AMC) related work.

1.8 Work related to the supply of office equipment (furniture, fittings and electrical materials).

1.9 Non-Life Insurance Services related work.

1.10 Photocopy machine and printer repair and toner and cartridge refilling work.

2. Research and Consulting Services

2.1 Information technology, VAPT and cyber security consulting services.

2.2 Consulting services related to research analysis.

2.3 Other consulting services.

3. Human Resources Service

3.1 Services related to employment information publication.

3.2 Recruitment and HR outsourcing related services.

3.3 Services related to training, seminars and educational programs.

4. Electronics (Hardware & Software)

4.1 Work related to the supply of computers, laptops, printers, monitors and accessories.

4.2 Work related to server and network infrastructure, data center equipment.

4.3 Work related to Software, Licenses, Tools, Subscriptions and Renewal.

4.4 Work related to the supply of television and mobile phones.

4.5 Home Appliances Supply Related Work.

5. Advertising, branding and promotion

5.1 Flex, vinyl and BTL printing related work.

5.2 Promotional work through newspapers, online, TV, and radio.

5.3 Work related to program planning and management services.

5.4 Audio/video making and photography related work.

5.5 Work related to branding and supply of promotional materials (merchandise).

5.6 ATL and BTL market activation service related work.

5.7 Activities related to promotion on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

6. Security and safety related services

6.1 CCTV, Biometric, Door Access & Accessories supply related work.

6.2 Work related to the supply of fire extinguishers and other safety equipment.

6.3 Service work related to conducting fire and earthquake drills.

Eligibility criteria for vendor suppliers

All vendors/suppliers must submit the following details.

1. Cover Letter clearly stating the category/area in which you wish to express your interest.

2. PAN/VAT registration certificate.

3. Valid license or authorization letter for the relevant category.

4. Recent tax payment certificate.

5. Adequate manpower and operational resources.

6. Experience letter from working with at least 3 corporate organizations.

7. Letter of commitment to ethical business practices.

8. Self-declaration letter of compliance with all relevant government policies and standards.

Other conditions and information:

Only those suppliers and organizations that are deemed eligible among the applicants received for listing will be listed. If the listed organizations do not/are unable to supply the same in a satisfactory manner and on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
