A public notice has been published inviting interested private organizations or hospitals to submit their letters of intent to the Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City Health Division along with the documents mentioned in the details within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice to operate a General Hospital and Burn Care Center under the "Sughra Kairatin Multipurpose Building" under the Sub-Metropolitan City in Ward No. 20 under the Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City.

Documents to be attached with the letter of intent:

1. gross application,

2. Copy of company firm registration certificate, permanent account number certificate and statute,

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081,

4. Copy of the Nepali citizenship of the director,

5. List of services provided and service fees

6. List of tools and equipment required for providing services

7. List of details of the people's powers,

8. Process of the dispatch system

9. Discounts on medicines and other supplies and other services (in percentage),

10. Waste management process,

11. Monthly progress report process,

12. Copy of the certificate of registration in this sub-metropolitan city/copy of the business registration certificate in the case of organizations located within Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city.

13. Letter of Intent, Application fee Rs. 500/- Revenue receipt.
