Aatmiya, a registered non-governmental organization committed to health, education, and economic development, is currently serving the community through the Aatmiya Community Hospital situated at Sunkoshi Rural Municipality - 6, Khalte, Sindhuli, Nepal. It cordially invites reputable suppliers and service providers to be enlisted in the vendor registration list for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Qualified and interested firms are encouraged to contact the hospital's administrative department within 10 days of the publication of this notice. Submissions should include a Letter of Interest (LOI) for a broad range of goods and services, which includes, but is not limited to: medical and surgical equipment/supplies, OT equipment and instruments, pathological supplies/Service, pharmaceuticals, stationery, electrical, sanitary, printing supplies, cleaning products, Insurance, IT Equipment/Supplies, Furniture and furnishing, Annual Maintenance Contract, engineering consulting, construction, restoration, and retrofitting services.

1. A brief introduction of the company/individual with resource details.

2. Detailed profiles of the category/categories they are interested in supplying/providing services for.

3. Relevant experience and past projects related to the specified category/categories.

4. Updated attested copies of necessary licenses, certifications, VAT/PAN and Tax clearance, and relevant permits.

5 Note: Submission of the LOI does not guarantee inclusion in the vendor registration. Shortlisted firms will be contacted for further evaluation and due diligence. Being a registered vendor does not guarantee any business/contract without competition. Enlistment as a vendor means that the vendor will be invited to participate in every tender/project.
