*Note: All necessary travel arrangements (Transportation, Hotel Accommodation, Visa, etc.) shall be the sole responsibility of the participants and the cost for the same shall be borne by themselves.

Applications from eligible and interested tourism companies are invited for participation as per the following procedure:

1. Interested companies must register their application online via https://tenders.ntb.gov.np. within the above-mentioned deadline along with the following necessary documents:

Company Registration Certificate

VAT/PAN Registration Certificate

Tax Clearance Certificate of Fiscal Year 2080/81

License Issued by the Concerned Authority

2. Selection of qualified applicants shall be done on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis as per the submission of application.

3. Once the eligible applicants are shortlisted, NTB will inform/send an e-mail to all the selected participants requesting for immediate deposit of participation fee. All the selected companies shall have to submit the bank deposit voucher along with the duly signed and stamped Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation. Details for deposit of contribution amount and Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation will be sent to the selected participant along with the email.
