1. Application starts from office hour

2. All necessary travel arrangements (Transportation, Hotel Accommodation, Visa, etc.) shall have to be made and the cost for the same shall be borne by the participants themselves.

Applications are invited from eligible and interested tourism companies for participation as per the following:

1. Interested companies must register their application online via https://tenders.ntb.gov.np. within the above-mentioned deadline along with the following necessary documents:

Company Registration Certificate

VAT/PAN Registration Certificate

Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

License Issued by the Concerned Authority

2. Selection of qualified applicants shall be done on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis as per the submission of application.

3. Once the eligible applicants are shortlisted NTB shall inform/send an e-mail to all selected participants requesting for immediate deposit of participation fee. All selected companies shall have to submit the bank deposit voucher along with duly signed and stamped Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation in their company profile in https://tenders.ntb.gov.np. Details for deposit of contribution amount will be sent to the selected participant along with the email.

4. In case of the cancellation of participation by NTB or cancellation /postponement of the above-mentioned Travel Trade Fair by the Organizer due to any unforeseen circumstances, Nepal Tourism Board shall take necessary decisions regarding the refund of the contribution amount. Nepal Tourism Board shall not be held liable for any other inconvenience or loss caused by the cancellation of participation by NTB or cancellation/postponement of the abovementioned Travel Trade Fair due to any other unforeseen beyond-the-control circumstances.
