NEPAL CLEARING HOUSE LTD. (NCHL) Expression of Interest (EOI) for Annual Vendor Listing

(Published Date: 3rd Ashadh 2082)

Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) invites qualified vendors/suppliers to provide various goods and services for F.Y. 2082/83 (from 1st Shrawan 2082 to 32nd Ashad 2083). Vendors/Service providers who are interested in being listed in the vendor roster are requested to submit their EOI by filling out an online form on www.nchl.com.np (→ Media → Annual Vendor Listing Form). The scanned copy of the following documents is to be sent at [email protected] (with subject "Vendor Listing 2082/83- "NAME OF THE COMPANY/FIRM") within 15 days of the publication of this notice.

Documents to be Submitted

1. Application for Vendor Listing.

2. Firm/Company Registration Certificate (renewal up to F.Y. 2080/81).

3. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.

4. Tax Clearance Certificate of F.Y. 2080/81.

5. Documents highlighting specialized skills and experience.

Other Information

1. Qualified vendors based on details provided in EOI, capability, experience and skills shall only be listed. Vendors without filling out the online form or submitting the required

document shall not be considered for listing. 2. Listed vendors will be approached for Quotation as per the requirements of any goods/services.

3. Listed vendors will be informed through their registered email addresses.

4. Contact NCHL's Finance and Admin Department at 01-5970065 for further information.

5. NCHL reserves the sole and final right for listing of the vendors and/or removal of vendors from the list in case of failure to provide satisfactory goods/services or whatsoever.
