Notification regarding operation of cattle rearing promotion program with 50% subsidy

In the presented matter, under the annual approved program of 2081/082 of Animal Services Branch of Bhimfedi Rural Municipality, cattle breeding promotion program has to be conducted with 50% subsidy. This notice is published for the information of all the interested farmers/farmers groups/cooperatives/private firms of Ward No.-4 and 5 to submit the application to the concerned ward office along with the necessary documents mentioned within 21 days from the date of publication of the notice i.e. dated 2081/12/03. In addition, it is informed that the applications received before the due date will not be included for selection in the program.

Required documents:

1. Contact no. Application including,

2. A copy of the applicant's citizenship or identification document,

3. Recommendation of the concerned ward office,

4. Copy of registration certificate/renewal/permanent account number/audit report and tax payment certificate of group/cooperative/private firm in the concerned body,

5. Letter of commitment as per Schedule-4 stating that they have not participated in the same nature program in the previous 2 years from any government agency (available at the concerned ward office),

6. In case of group/cooperative, a copy of the organization's decision and action plan.
