Other information:

1. Interested individuals, firms and companies (Applicant) can obtain Request for EOI (REOI) documents from its registered office at Hattisar, Kathmandu.

2. Applicants should submit documents like Company profile, Firm Registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, Latest Tax clearance certificate/copy of tax deposit, experience certificate/letter and other required documents.

3. Proposals received after the deadline or with incomplete documents will not be entertained. Bank has full rights to accept or reject any or all proposals and will not be responsible to give justification in case of any rejection due to whatsoever reason.

4. Once the vendors are shortlisted for enlisting, we may further ask quotations for the required goods and services during the requirement of bank at any time.

5. Applicants must submit proposal in the format provided by the Bank with supporting documents upon deposit of NPR 2,000.00 (Non- Refundable) in account number 00119850110142(Account Pay Others) within 15 days of notice issued. In case of any queries, applicants can contact General Sourcing and Property Management(GSPM) Department, Head Office, Hattisar within office hours.
