This notice has been published for firms, companies, and individuals interested in taking photos and videos at the 30th Convocation Ceremony (Second Phase) to be held on 13 June 2025 (30 Jestha 2082) at Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel campus, as per the following conditions.

Conditions:

Firms, companies, and individuals will have to manage their own stalls at the locations designated by the university.

For placing a stall, the firm, company, or individual must submit a voucher of Rs. 10,000/- deposited in the account of this university at Nepal Investment Bank Banepa Branch, Kavre, B. H. No. 00501030250009 to the Publicity Committee.

Photo studios wishing to set up a stall will need to bring all the necessary materials (such as tents, banners, etc.) themselves. This facility will be provided to a limited number of photo studios and will be available on a 'first come, first served' basis. Therefore, interested studios are requested to contact us as soon as possible.

Photos and videos of graduating students should be taken at the usual rate.
