The required documents to be submitted during registration are as follows:

1. Copy of certificate of registration under any body of the Government of Nepal - 1 copy (Must be registered under the District Administration Office, Provincial Office, National Sports Council or Companies Act).

2. PAN No. Copy-1.

3. Bank account number of the club or organization - 1 copy, copy of the minutes of the club's participation in the competition - 1 copy, audit report of the organization for the year 80/81 - 1 copy, copy of the renewal certificate of the organization for the year 80/81 - 1 copy.

4. Copy of the voucher for depositing Rs. 35,000 in the account number 001010031354 of Nepal Investment Mega Bank of All Nepal Football Association as registration fee - 1 copy.

5. The last date for club registration will be on Shravan 20, 2082, during office hours.
