Notice requesting applications for land lease for waste management site

Since land is required for the management of daily generated waste in the Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City area, this notice has been published inviting landowners of land within the Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City area who are interested in allocating land to the Sub-metropolitan City to apply to this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions:

1. The land must be in the same place. If the land has similar boundaries, different landowners can also jointly apply for the necessary land.

2. The landowner must personally appear at this office and submit the application, along with the Nepali citizenship certificate, landowner registration certificate, current fiscal year land revenue receipt, and land map. Landowners who are unable to appear in person must designate a representative in accordance with the prevailing law.

3. The land should not encroach on the areas of residential communities, schools, village halls, burial grounds, public lands, pastures, forests, public/community buildings, offices, rivers, etc., should not have any encumbrances regarding the ownership and enjoyment of the land, should not have any tenants, should be at least one kilometer away from a vehicular road and settlements and schools.

4. The application must clearly state in numbers and letters the rate at which the land can be given.
