• Must have full understanding of laws, taxes and Compensation & Benefits related provisions of Nepal.

• Must have a Payroll Processing platform duly certified by the national/international certification body.

Preferred: Vendors having affiliation with multinational global consultant/s and with prior 'Service Organizational Control' (SOC) certification.
