As a service provider in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is dedicated to shaping a future worth living around the world. We support the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.

GIZ Office provides various services to support the successful implementation of GIZ supported projects and programme activities in Nepal. GIZ Nepal intends to procure the following goods and services for the years 2026-2029 and invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualified suppliers and service providers for shortlisting.

Services

1. Advertisement service

2. Vehicle Insurance service

3. Internet service

4. Security guard

5. Facility service (Cleaning and Janitorial Services)

6. Annual maintenance service of IT equipment

Goods and Equipment

1. Relief and Emergency items

2. Stationery and office supplies

3. Printing of office Supplies

Eligible Criteria:

Firm/company registered with Government of Nepal and having a PAN/VAT certificate.

Tax clearance certificate of up to 2080/81 B.S.

Supply and Service experience of minimum of 3 years.

Financial Turnover at least NPR 7 million/annum for past 3 years.

A complete set of the EOI document can be obtained free of charge upon submission of a formal application with a copy of the firm/company registration certificate and PAN/VAT certificate in email [email protected].
